I don’t remember every little step of the checkout, which is probably a good sign. I paid with my card, got the confirmation pretty much right away, and the total was exactly what I expected. No random extra fees popped up, and nothing felt confusing. I definitely remember appreciating how smooth it was, because messy payment pages usually drive me crazy

The emails were easy enough to understand, which I appreciated. I just wish they came through faster because waiting around for updates got a little frustrating.

"Packed up solid and arrived just fine"
My laptop from pcsforpeople came packed really well. The box wasn’t flimsy or anything, and there was plenty of padding inside, so it wasn’t moving around none when I picked it up. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous ordering a used computer online, but it showed up clean and safe with no dents or damage. It wasn’t fancy packaging, but it definitely did the job. 5 stars from me.
"Wait Was Way Too Long"
I was not expecting to be waiting that long. I knew there might be a little delay, but I just kept waiting and nobody really give much updates, so it got frustrating. I get that places get busy, but this just wasn’t a good experience for me. If you’re needing something quick, I wouldn’t really count on this place.

I was excited to place my order at first, but the checkout kept freezing on me and got annoying. I tried to be patient, thinking it would load in a second, but it just took way longer than it should have. By the time it finally went through, I was more relieved than happy.

"Replacement took a bit, but everything worked out"
My first PC ended up having an issue pretty much right away, which was definitely a little frustrating because you expect it to just work when it arrives. I reached out to support, and to be fair, they were nice about it and didn’t make the replacement process too difficult. It wasn’t instant and did take a little time to get everything sorted, but they did send me a replacement without too much hassle. The new one is working fine now, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out, even if the start wasn’t perfect

My laptop had been acting up and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they handled it really well. They figured out the issue quickly, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t make me feel lost or pressured. The staff was friendly, the price felt fair, and my laptop is running much better now. I’d definitely trust them again.
"The refund process was honestly frustrating"
I asked for a refund and, it turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I know these things can take time, but I kept getting bounced around and the responses I got weren’t exactly clear. It took too long for anyone to get back to me, and I never really felt like someone was actually looking into it. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but in my case, the refund process was bad.

"Warranty Drama From the Start"
I bought a PC the trouble started way sooner than I expected. What should’ve been a simple warranty situation turned into this whole exhausting saga of back-and-forth, with me feeling like I was getting passed around and barely anything was actually covered. In the end, I was still stuck dealing with the problem myself. Frustrating experience, and I’m really not happy with how it all played out.

"Pretty Smooth Pickup Experience"
I picked up my computer from pcsforpeople, it was mostly easy. The staff was nice and got me helped quickly, which you always appreciate when you’re trying to get in and out. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t anything too frustrating. Overall, you walk away feeling like it was a good experience

I picked this up because a friend of mine had mentioned it helped them, and I can see why. It definitely makes a difference and has been useful for me, but it’s not a complete fix. I still notice a few issues here and there, so I wouldn’t call it perfect. Overall though, I’m glad I tried it...

My order got here on the day they said it would, so that was nice. The box looked fine, nothing was messed up, and everything matched what I ordered. I only knocked off a star because the tracking updates were limited. Not a huge deal, but I do like knowing where things are as they move along, so...

"I had to reach out to tech…"
I had to reach out to tech support because my refurbished laptop wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. It took a couple days just to get the first response, which made me wonder if they were even looking into it or just putting me off. The person who finally replied was nice, though, and the steps were easy to follow. After a bit of back and forth, the issue did get fixed. Still, I wish they had been quicker and checked things more carefully the first time. It worked out in the end, but I’m not totally convinced everything was handled as well as it could’ve been.

I checked it out recently and the selection was small at the time. If you’re planning to go, I’d suggest calling ahead or checking back later to see if they’ve restocked, especially if you’re looking for something specific

The eligibility check was a little confusing at first, and I wondered if the system was glitching or maybe just not super clear on their end. Support did help me get through it, though. It took longer than I expected, but everything worked out in the end.

It works just fine, which is the main thing. There were a few scuffs on the lid, but nothing that affects how it functions. If you’re expecting it to look absolutely brand new, you’ll notice them, but for everyday use it’s not a big deal

"First Impressions Weren’t Great"
Right out of the box, my first impression was disappointing. The computer itself seemed okay for the price, but the accessories really brought the whole experience down. The keyboard felt extremely cheap, the mouse barely worked, and even the cables looked old. I get that this is a budget option, but I still expected the basic stuff to be usable. I ended up buying my own keyboard and mouse the same day, so overall I’m not too happy with it.
